Masika Mughelli is a strategic nonprofit executive, consultant, and community architect with more than two decades of experience designing purpose-driven programs in education, environmental advocacy, youth empowerment, and athlete development.

With extensive experience working alongside current and former professional athletes, and as the wife of a two-time All-Pro, Pro Bowl NFL player, Masika brings an insider’s understanding of the athlete ecosystem—its pressures, gaps, and untapped opportunities for lasting community and generational impact.

As Executive Director of the Ovie Mughelli Foundation, she has led the development of nationally and internationally recognized initiatives, including award-winning environmental education programs honored by the United Nations, UNICEF, Beyond Sport, and global partners. Her leadership is defined by execution—ensuring vision translates into measurable outcomes.
